3D MODEL
For the better understanding of the projects (ours or not), we construct scale models in an adequate scale and/or photo realistic perspectives.

We draw furniture and several objects, normally to be integrated in the architecture, so as to charaterize the environment of each space.

FISCALIZATION
In representation of the owner of the workmanship, we fiscalize the construction in the quality, amount and correct execution of the project point of view.

In representation of the customer, we manage any subject related with the construction and patrimony.

CONSTRUCTION
If it is the will of the customer, we ourselves andle the construction. We deal with all constructive procedures, from the contact with the workers to the bureaucracy.

SAFTY AND HYGIENE AT THE WORK
We perform safety coordination through regular monitoring, as well as timely risk assessment reports for any work activity.

ACOUSTIC EVALUATION
The spaces and the respective constructive elements are tested in their acoustic transmission and exposure to the noise. The reports are usually used to obtain licenses for the property specific uses.

ENERGY EVALUATION
For buildings sale or rental (with some exceptions), it is necessary to elaborate an energy certificate stating the classification of greater or lesser energy efficiency in relation to typical reference needs.

SAFETY PLANS
For certain characteristics of establishments and buildings in operation, it is mandatory to implement safety plans in the field of Fire Safety, which establishes all procedures for prevention, emergency, evacuation and intervention in case of fire.

TECHNICAL SURVEY
In construction, there are several pathologies that need to be recorded in an expert report. The identified causes and/or consequences conduct to specific solutions, with specialized tools support, as in the thermal context, acoustic, humidity or pipes video inspection.
