Electric Nets
Plants of all floors are drawn, with indication of the type and the location of all points of illumination, switches, switchboards, outlets, fixed devices (air conditioner, hidro bathtubs) etc.

Plants of all floors are drawn, with indication of the location of all TV plugs, RDIS, Telephone and similar sound devices (bus driver, computer network).

Security Against Intrusion Network
Plants of all floors are drawn, with indication of the location of all volumetric detectors and similar devices (central command, sound alarm).

General Construction
Plants, elevations and views are drawn to the scales of 1:50 or 1:20, crossing the information of the stability project with arquitecture, indicating the constitution of all the elements (mapping of the location of the brick masonry, concrete, brick work, air box, other coverings, window boxes, ventilation, smokes and sewers) and enumeration of the exterior and interior vains for mapping.

Fake Ceilling
Plants of all floors are drawn, with indication of the fake ceilling to execute, locating in these the light points, defining the type of illumination and material to use .

Floors
Plants of all floors are drawn, with indication of the distribution and stereotomy of the floor and, in case of existing map of finishings, describes the materials chosen for application.

Map of Vain
The interior and exterior vains are drawn, indicating the dimensions, the number of parts, the type of material, type of opening, hardware, type of boxes and the type of glass.

Map of Finishings
The finishings for all the construction are defined, for the walls, ceillings, floors, floorboards, steps, doors and sanitary garrisons, wares, taps, etc. Its ideal in case the owner of the construction intents that the choice of materials is done by the skill of the project executant (to choose mosaics, tiles, wood and sanitary).

Kitchen
The kitchen is drawn in detail, with the closets and group of bencheses to execute, defining the dimensions, the materials, the forms and the finishings.

3D Kitchen
For visualization of the kitchen by owner of the construction, before executing it. Realistic perspectives will be created.

Sanitary Installations
The sanitary installation plants are all drawn, defining the stereotomy of the floor, walls and ceiling. There are constructive details for the execution of the doorway, the mirror, the group of benches, etc.

Squared Stone
The stones are drawn in all detail, associated to vains (ex: lintels, door-post, sills and doorsways) and to its front elevation, with indication of the type of material and dimensions for the rock cutting.

Stairs and Keep
The stairs are drawn in detail, indicating the dimensions and materials of the coverings and mirrors of the steps, as well as the form and material of the stairs

Exterior Guards
The exterior guards are all drawn in detail, indicating the dimensions and materials.

Main Door
The main door is drawn in detail as well as secondary doors, that are not in frames, indicating dimensions, the type, materials, stereotomy, colors, etc. The groundsill is also drawn.

Doors and Garrisons
The doors and garrisons are drawn to the detail, indicating dimensions, the type, materials, stereotomy, colors, finishings, etc. More specifically, the views, lintels and groundsill are drawn.

Gates
Access gates are drawn to the detail, as well as of the peripheral railing.

Closets
The closets are all drawn, detailing the plant, elevation and views, indicating the materials, stereotomy, finishing and the exact dimensions.

Fixed Furniture
It is drawn fixed furniture detail (or not), indicating the materials, finishing and dimensions.

Other significant aspects are drawn in detail.
